The Menu





Reception, as the Ceremony, will take place perched 412m at the very Top of the Rock of Gibraltar, at the the most spectacular and unique location in Gibraltar and in Southern Spain. Located within the Cable Car Top Station complex, the Ceremony will offers 220° views over the Rock and surrounding area.

Menu:

  • For starters:

    Thai Marinated Beef Salad (Vermicelli Noodles, Roasted Peanuts, Coriander, Kaffir Lime and Chilli Dressing)
    Seared Asparagus Salad (Confit of Tomato, Parmesan Shavings and White Truffle Oil)
    Assiette of Duck (Duck Liver Parfait, Duck Ham and Duck Riette with Toasted Brioche and Baby Gherkins)
    Mussel and Saffron Soup (Brazilian Mussel Soup, Lightly Spiced with Chilli and Saffron)

  • For mains:


    Cod with Crab and Cardamom Crust in Light Ginger Fish Cream Sauce
    Pan Fried Duck Breast in Cinnamon and Berry Sauce, Fondant Potatoes, Honey Roast Parsnips and Star Anise Carrots
    Rack of Lamb with a Herb Crus, Dauphinoise Potatoes, Frou Frou of Vegetables and a Rosemary Jus
    John Dory en Papillote, Fennel, Celery, Cherry Tomato, Potatoes, Spring Onion, Fresh Herbs and Sambuca

  • For desserts:


    Hazelnut and Chocolate Brownie, Vanilla Ice Cream
    Mango Créme Brulee, Mango Salsa, Homemade Shortbread Fingers
    Trio of Chocolate, Dark and White Chocolate Torte, Dark Chocolate Ice Cream, Chocolate and Raspberry Mousse
